Mini Pies

I found these little mini pies on bakerella.com and i couldnt not make them. So i made them for a family dinner at Nick's parents house. they were devine. I made chocolate, lemon, apple and cherry with homemade whipping cream.
It was simple and anyone could do it. You just use frozen pie crust, or homemade, a mini muffin tin and pie fillings and then just use your imagination. I cant wait to make some more.......very dangerous though because since they aer so little, you eat that many more of them.
