Growing up

My little man is growing up. He is turning into a little boy, although very much still a toddler, and will be for awhile. Matthew is now 15.5 months and a running and throwing rambunctious little boy. He loves to throw everything within reach and everything that you give him. He enjoys watching people and sucking on his B. Matthew has become a little bit of a picky eater but he still enjoys bananas, cheese, scrambled eggs and his favorite, veggie sticks. This week he has really taken to books. He likes to turn the pages as i point what things out and then he points to whatever is on the book. He doesn't like me to read the story so much, he just wants me to name things. Hopefully this will help his speech and he will began to say some things. Right now he only says thank you, every once in awhile. He has a speech therapist that comes twice a month. she is amazing and helps Matthew  a lot. He loves to play with her. And my favorite thing that Matthew has learned lately is to give kisses! He only does it when he feels like it, but i ask a lot and he usually finally gives in. Most of the time with a look like, are you kidding me mom? : )
