Happy Birthday Nicholas!

So obviously this post is like a couple of weeks behind but i finally got the pictures off my camera. Speaking of pictures if anyone can give me advice on putting pictures together for my blog, i would gladly accept it, im sick of just having pictures in a row. ( kimber, you always have cute colages....how do you do it? )

Anywho, on March 25th, Nicholas turned 24! We had a fun birthday breakfast of pancakes and bacon. yummy yummy. And then he opened his presents, a new watch and a new work outfit. Exciting i know, but when your working on a budget, you mostly get things you need and not want. Although from his parents he got a pull up bar and from my mom he got a lego ship which he has wanted for months, so he did get something fun. : )

Then that night we went to Broadway Palm theater with his parents and saw the Sound of Music. I loved it. It was so good. I loved being able to dress up for the night and get out and do something fun. So this is a tangent but sometiems i just dont see the point of getting out of my pjs somedays, especially when im just gonna be staying home with Matthew. But i am working on. It makes me feel better when i do get all ready for the day and i know that Nicholas appreciates, i just need to work on it more. Next step is working on actually doing my hair more then one time a week.

Anyway, the kids in the play were hillarious. If you havent been, you should go. Its a bit expensive, thank goodness for reseruant.com certificates, otherwise we couldnt have gone. But it is amazing, and if you can go on a deal, do it. They have some good shows and the food is pretty good too. : )
I think that he had a fun night and a fun birthday. I know that Matthew had a fun night with his grandma and grandpa. ( when we picked him up he had just woken up, although he was suppose to be sleeping, and was having a grand time playing with grandpa and laughing his head off )

I with you... most days i stay in my pj's all day. No make up... heck i dont even brush my hair! I need to work on it to... but its so hard! I know im not going anywhere, and these days when im limited on clothes that actually fit i always justify it to i would rather save the outfit for when im going somewhere... and not waste make up and hair products! lol
