We are going to have a baby. Yes i realize that most of you already know by now but im finally putting out there in cyber space. The baby is due March 9, 2010, so i am about ten weeks along. We found out that i was pregnant on July 14th but only told family because we didnt want to spill the beans too soon. So i decided to wait until after my first doctors appointment, which was yesterday.
Dr. McNeal said that everything is going well and im on schedule with everything. She is an amazing doctor and so nice. We even got our first baby picture! It was so cool to see on the ultra sound. She pointed out where the little stubs of arms and legs are. Dr. McNeal said it looks like a snowman. : ) The baby was moving around a lot, she was pretty surprised. She made a point of not moving so that we could see how much the baby was actually moving. It was crazy! I didnt know they could move so early, but there it was doing a little dance. Nicholas loved seeing it as well. He is now convinced that it is a boy because of how much the baby was moving. I still think its a girl. Or atleast that is what i want.
Being sick all the time is finally starting to wear off, atleast a little bit. I'm having better days but still feel pretty gross at night. I am done to puking about once a day, sometimes two, which is nice. I do have a miracle pill though that lets me go through the day pretty much queasyness-less! Its called Zofran, although im taking generic and its the best medicine i have ever taken. it is amazing! So thank you dad for that!
Anyway, we are super excited and we cant wait to have a little baby. Nine months is way too long.
